Chillaire, based in Nuneaton, has been working with Maintenance Services Electrical for two years.
Chillaire provides a national service for air conditioning, heating, ventilation and humidification for homes, commercial and industrial sites including offices, laboratories, computer rooms, hotels, classrooms and clean rooms.

The Jesus Fellowship is a long-standing customer for Maintenance Services Electrical.
It has approximately 33 large Christian Community houses and about 15 smaller ones across the UK.
Jane Darling administers the Fellowship’s extensive property portfolio. She says: “We mainly use MSE for inspections but also for installations – it’s really important that they are registered with the National Inspection Council for this work and that their customer service is impeccable as we have a lot of residents in our properties.
